Agent Products

1. Private deployment; customer ownership permanently belongs to the agent.
2. Vanguard only charges software license fees; agents handle product implementation and after-sales service.

Market Support

1. Vanguard HQ regularly conducts advertising, including print ads, advertorials, online search, special events, etc., to continuously enhance brand awareness and market activity.
2. Vanguard provides 20 free product promotional materials to agents monthly.

Technical Support

[Pre-sales Support] Free pre-sales support for the agent's first most promising deal; pre-sales requests must be submitted in advance to Vanguard Channel Development Dept.
[Development Support] If Vanguard provides secondary development, it will be charged per person-day.
[Consulting Support] Vanguard HQ has a technical support department providing free product technical support to agents, including product function consultation, implementation guidance, issue resolution, business application consultation, and product technical consultation.

Training Support

[Help Train an Implementation Consultant]
Vanguard can provide one implementation consultant for the agent: three months of hands-on participation in Vanguard's actual project implementation as learning practice, mentored by Vanguard implementation consultants. Travel, transportation, accommodation and meals are borne by the agent.
[Regular Training Content]
Agent technical staff can participate anytime in Vanguard's remote technical training.
