职位介绍：
岗位职责：
1. Understand the business issues and processes of the client organization within the Vanguard eHRSoft2000 system 2. Lead project and push implementation smoothly; 3. Be able to work closely with other team members to ensure project implementation successful; 4. Assist sales in pre sales situations 5. Customer support in all questions related to Vanguard eHRsoft2000 products. 1. 在万古HR系统范畴内充分理解客户业务与处理流程 2. 带领项目并促使项目平稳得以实施 3. 与其它同事合作确保项目成功 4. 协助销售很好完成售前工作 5. 为客户提供产品支持服务
任职资格：
1. Batchelor degree on computer science or related to these fields; 2. 3-year working experience in software industry; have HRMS Consulting experience is a plus 3. Be familiar with database (such as Oracle, MS SQL Server.); 4. Be familiar with Internet technology, .NET, ASP, and Web/Application Servers; 5. Good project management and consulting experience; 6. Willing to travel; 7. Self-motivated and team work sprit; 8. Good communication skill; 9. Good command of written and spoken English. 1. 3年左右软件行业工作经验,有HR系统顾问经验优先 2. 熟悉Oracle/MS SQL 数据库 3. 熟悉internet 技术 .net ASP 以及web/Application servers 4. 良好的项目管理以及顾问经验 5. 能够适应出差 6. 富有团队精神 7. 良好的沟通技巧 8. 良好的英文读写能力
