Recruitment Management
	Recruitment management module provides integrated solutions for corporate recruitment. The system is installed with a resume database and all the applicants' resumes are stored there. Recruitment management includes instituting the recruitment plans, releasing the recruitment information, making the first selection of the resumes (including internal recruitment), the management of interviews, the employment confirmation and the maintenance of resume database.
