provided by Israeli Magic company preventing system administrator
to look-up information

Security Control on Network Transmission
The
security mechanism of ASP-HRMS on the Web is realized
by strict examination and control of the user's access
and the full protection of the whole communication process
between the client and the server in order to guarantee
the security of data access.

When
client side visit the web server, a protection channel
is established between the client and the web server through
SSL, the user's information(such as user ID and password)
is encrypted, meaning a pair of encryption and decryption
keys are created between the client and the server.
User's
information is sent to web server after verification through
the fire-wall, and the encrypted user info will be decrypted
and the identity of the decrypted user info will also
be examined.
After
the user passes the identity check, the web server will
send the user's request to the broker, then the user's
account information will be verified on the application
server, and the user's request will be processed according
to the user's access previously set up.
Once
the application server finishes processing the user's
request, it sends the results to the web server. Then,
the web server sends the encrypted results to the client
side through SSL. Then, the client get the request result
by decrypting the data through the decryption key.
Currently,
we support the following encryption certificate: Thawte,
Verisign, Baltimore, etc.
