One
card pass solution is to combine the functionalities of
attendance, gateway check and meals swiping into one card.
Attendance System
Vanguard partners with China's famous hardware security
system manufactures, such as Smartkey and Integrated Corporation,
to provide an attendance total solution that centers around
Vanguard's eHRsoft2000 system. This solution combines
smart card technology and computer network communication
technology to achieve real-time attendance management
for large scale and distributed enterprise. It also provides
statistical analysis for enterprise to realize attendance
total management.
Main Features:
1. Hardware system includes card time-clock, communication
switch and power supply. Card clock can be accessed directly
from HR system
2. This system is B/S based. It applies to server OS in
English version for multinational companies
3. This system can automatically receive card swiping
data, proofread card time-clock, and guarantee
the accuracy and consistency of time for the whole system
4. Centralized attendance management can be realized at
the headquarter for its distributed factories and departments
through internet
5. This system applies to the network of different IP
address with long subnet mask.
6. Smart card uses EM or M1 format Mango card, China's
ID card manufacture.
7. It supports 7 X 24 remote tech-support, on-site and
hardware-backup services guarantee the stable operation
of the attendance system
Access
control & Repast management
To deepen and perfect enterprise management, we developed
the Access control & Repast management system on the
HR management platform. Through "one card, one database
and one line" design, this system uses the same technologies
to realize total management through one card system solution.
System Main Functions
1. Support MS SQL database, modulated functionalities
with door ban & dining management.
2. C/S three-tier structure. SQL DB, client side is on
the card clock, communication server and back-end application
is the server, achieving the real-time communication and
management.
3. Each function module is fairly independent and very
expandable.
4. The system use one database for the card & employees
of the whole company. The central service center set up
the common parameters for all the sub systems; then the
individual department set up the access limit for each
work area.
5. System language is Simplified Chinese/Traditional Chinese/English.
6. The system is automatically integrated with eHRsoft2000,
and is best to purchase both systems at the same time
or for our eHRsoft2000 clients.
7. The system is good for many kinds of cards (EM, Mafarel),
realizing one card for all functionalities.
