Scientific recruitment leads talent strategy ----¡°2008 Seminar on Application of Scientific Recruitment Technology and Informatization Tools¡±successfully held in Beijing

¡¡¡¡Beijing¡ªMarch 20, 2008¡ª ¡°2008 Seminar on Application of Scientific Recruitment Technology and Informatization Tools¡± was jointly held by Vanguard Technology, a leading brand in China¡¯s eHR filed, and Thomas International, a leading service provider offering solutions to talent evaluation and development in China International Science and Technology Convention Center£¨CISTCC£©. Nearly 100 senior executives and recruitment supervisors from human resources departments of various enterprises and industries participated in the seminar.

¡¡The seminar kicked off following address of Cui Kun, General Manager of Vanguard Technology. In the first half of the seminar, Mr. Li Zhiguo, Director or of Vanguard¡¯s project department made an on-the-spot demo introducing recruitment module of eHRsoft2000 system, a flagship product of Vanguard Technology. In combination of recruitment processes, he explained how Vanguard¡¯s recruitment management system may satisfy business demands of various enterprises and how to enhance efficiency of recruitment management. In response to a large number of questions regarding informatization solutions to troubles in ordinary recruitment put forward by presented guests during the interaction following the demo, Mr. Li gave detailed answers.

¡¡¡¡Lucky draw after the tea party was exciting as well. Lucky participants got presents offered by Huazhao Yisheng Healthcare Institute and Thomas International. In the second half of the seminar, Ms. Zhu Jiayun, manager of Thomas International¡¯s Beijing Branch made a speech titled ¡°Reducing employment risk through scientific recruitment¡ªhow to analyze and choose talents using DISC behavior mode¡±, introducing and sharing scientific recruitment methods in terms of importance of match between employees and job positions, behavior analysis and behavior competency in recruitment.

¡¡The seminar ended in relaxed atmosphere.
