Shiseido reached another eHR cooperation agreement with Vanguard Technology

In the wake of China¡¯s traditional Spring Festival, Vanguard Technology joins hands again with Shiseido China Co., Ltd. on comprehensively introducing an Appraisal management module to the latter¡¯s human resources (HR) work, on the basis of the successful launch of eHR project in Shiseido China as a first phase operation.
¡¡As China-based headquarters for Shiseido Company Limited, Shiseido China Co., Ltd. is mainly in charge of managing and making overall planning on the company¡¯s cosmetics undertakings in China, as well Shiseido¡¯s franchised stores and FT Shiseido¡¯s washing and nursing products expansion in China.
¡¡¡¡As a long-term cooperative partner of Vanguard Technology, Shiseido has forged its eHR project into a typical case in HR management information following strengthened cooperation between the two in the past few years. Beijing Shiseido Liyuan Cosmetics Co., Ltd. started its cooperation with Vanguard Technology as early as in 2001, and the successful experience in their bilateral cooperation has helped to play a positive role in the smooth implementation of the eHR project in Shiseido China.
¡¡¡¡Shiseido China began its first cooperation with Vanguard Technology in May 2007, and has completed its first phase of functional modules on managing personnel information, payroll, welfare and vacation. With the stable operation of the system in nearly a year, Vanguard Technology will implement a performance management module for Shiseido China in accordance with its specific requirement on appraisal management, so as to aid the smooth operation of Shiseido¡¯s HR strategy in China.
