Shimano forms cooperation with Vanguard Technology in eHR construction

Jan, 2008, the Shanghai branch of Vanguard Technology, the leading eHR brand in China, reached a pact with Shimano (Shanghai) Bicycle Components Co Ltd, one of the largest bicycle components manufacturers in the world, which choose the latter as its eHR service provider.
Established in 1921 in Japan, Shinoma Group, the parent company of Shinoma (Shanghai) Bicycle Components Co Ltd, has 14 manufacturing bases worldwide. It enjoys high reputation in the international bicycle industry. At the annual event of Tour de France, almost all participants, from the champion winner to ordinary athletes, use Shinoma variable-speed gears. Shinoma (Shanghai) Bicycle Components Co Ltd is solely funded by the group and registered in Shanghai. It sales Shimano brand bicycle components and related products. Currently, Shinoma is continuing expanding the bicycle components market in China.
The cooperation this time mainly includes the personnel, payroll and attendance management modules of Shinoma Shanghai. Shinoma Shanghai has now more than 100 staffs. According to the human resources strategy plan of Shinoma, the company will have 350 employees next year. The gradually expanding enterprise and the growing number of staff also urgently require a set of mature and steady informatization product to enhance its human resource management efficiency and help plan its human resources strategy. Shinoma¨s management module is quite similar to that of Shiseido.
