Vanguard Technology aids Cinda Securities to achieve eHR management

At the end of 2007 in Beijing, Cinda Securities Co Ltd signed a contract with Vanguard Technology, the leading eHR brand in China, making itself another important enterprise in cooperation with the latter in the finance industry after UBS Securities, CITIC Securities Co Ltd, Huatai Property Insurance, Skandia-BSAM Life Insurance Co Ltd and Zurich Insurance.
Cinda Securities is a national comprehensive large-scale securities company officially set up on September 4, 2007. It was mainly initiated by China Cinda Asset Management Corporation and established after acquiring the securities assets of Hantang Securities and Liaoning Securities in collaboration with China National Materials Group Corporation and Zhonghai Trust Co Ltd. It was listed on September 15, 2007. The company is registered in Beijing with a capital of 1.511 billion yuan.

The implementation of the project will greatly enhance the daily efficiency of the human resource department and provide decision-making support for the management of human resources and hence enhance the overall level of human resources management of Cinda Securities.
