In March 3rd & 7th , Vanguard technology held two Seminars in Shenzhen and Shanghai with PEO China on discussing about The Self Declaration Rules Concerning Individual Income Tax (provisional)" which were issued by State Administration of Taxation (SAT) On 6 November 2006. All the attendee gave a very positive feedback about these two seminars.

　　The rules were requiring high-income earners, who earn more than 120,000yuan (15,400 U.S. dollars) a year, to declare their annual incomes. It specifies different circumstances where IIT self declaration should be made by taxable individuals. It is crucial and urgent for taxable individuals to understand and follow the self declaration rules, especially for those with an annual income of over RMB 120,000, who have to complete their first IIT Return by 31 March. PEO and Vanguard were very appreciated to be invited by Bi MaWei Accounting Agency to hold the seminars. Shaoyun Zhang, the tax partner of the Accounting Agency and the famous tax expert Xiaojian Pan together with us to analyze the new self declaration rules, and detailed how to file the Individual Income Tax Self-Declaration Form.
