	Vanguard held a seminar of training in Guangzhou successfully

	In Aug, 10th, 2006, with the topic of "the establishment of enterprises' training system and IT implementation", a seminar which managed by Vanguard and AMT was held successfully in Guangzhou Star Hotel. First of all, BenGuoXiao, the HR manager of Tencent, shared his rich experiences with the attendants in establishing training system. Secondly, Hanson Li, the product director of Vanguard, gave a demo of the training module of vanguard's eHRsoft2000. In the afternoon, WangYou who came from AMT gave a board simulation training《decision Base》to the attendants. 　　Through this seminar, Vanguard gave a good opportunity for the attendants to learn some new concepts and methods in training management and the implementation of HR management system. Most of the attendants spoke highly of this activity.
