¡¡¡¡Recently, news of victory come from Vanguard Technology one after another. After comprehensive researches and assessments by many famous software manufacturers, Wing Hang Bank (China) Ltd (Hereinafter referred to as Wing Hang Bank) finally signed a contract with Vanguard Technology.
¡¡Since the return of Hong Kong to our country, we have gone through great influences from the Asian Financial Crisis, the September 11 attacks, the downturn of world economy and the rampant SARS, etc. On June 29th, 2003, China and Hong Kong signed the CEPA agreement. Wing Hang Bank is among the first Hongkong-owned banks that are approved to set up a branch in Shanghai since the implementation of CEPA. Wing Hang Bank was founded in Guangzhou in 1937, being a Yinhao (an old-style private bank) doing exchange business exclusively. In 1991, it set foot on the domestic market again and set up a representative office in Shenzhen which became the Wing Hang Bank Limited Shenzhen Branch two years later. This bank has always been expanding its domestic business and distribution network, setting up representative offices, branches or subbranches in Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing, etc. in the next 10 years or so, providing clients with comprehensive services both in RMB and foreign exchange.
