¡¡¡¡On June 20, 2008, HRA held its 12th Annual Conference & Exhibition in the Landmark Towers Hotel (Beijing). The theme of this annual conference was ¡°HR management and challenge under new opportunity¡±.
¡¡¡¡At this conference, Ha Jiming, chief economist of China International Capital Corporation Limited delivered a speech on ¡°Influence of development of Chinese macro economy on HR management of enterprises¡±. After that, Duan Dong, director of HR Department of Sina.com.cn , Xie kehai, vice president of Founder, and other managers conducted a dialogue on ¡°Looking at organization development and HR management from a new view¡±. Their speeches won the applauses from the audience. In the afternoon, eight forums under different themes were held, and these themes included: ¡°HR reform and change of roles¡±; ¡°Development and incentive of senior management¡±; ¡°Application of HR Center in HR Management¡±; ¡°Discussion on HR outsourcing under new laws and regulations¡±; ¡°How to retain your talents ¨C result release of 2007 HRA Research on Demission Rate and sharing of experience¡±; ¡°Talent quality mode of well-operated enterprises¡±; ¡°HR cost and payment management under new laws and regulations¡±; and ¡°Management of oversea assignment¡±. These forums provided all the attendees with a chance to have a discussion on these factors having major influence on the HR management in the new age.
