Vanguard Technology signs an agreement with Suzhu ASEN Semiconductor

[May, 2008, Shanghai.] Suzhu ASEN Semiconductor Co Ltd and Vanguard Technology Shanghai Branch, a leading brand of eHR in China, came to an agreement recently. Upon frequent exchanges of both sides, Vanguard Technology will build an eHR platform for Suzhu ASEN Semiconductor Co Ltd.
Suzhu ASEN Semiconductor Co Ltd is a semiconductor packaging and commissioning plant jointly established by NXP Semiconductor Group and ASE Group (the largest semiconductor packaging plant in the world) in 2007. Located in No.188 West Suhong Rd. of Suzhu Industry Park, the former Philips Semiconductor (Suzhu) Co Ltd was registered in 2002 and has about 150 employees, with a registration capital of US$323 million. It focuses on semiconductor packaging and commissioning related to mobile communication business currently and will expand to business of other fields in the coming days.
At present, Vanguard Technology will build up system modules for Suzhou ASEN Semiconductor Co Ltd, including personnel information management module, payroll management module, beneficial management module, leave management module, attendance management module, and employee and manager self-service portal management. The implementation and application of these basic and expanding modules will help Suzhou ASEN Semiconductor Co Ltd to deal with various personnel information and relevant businesses in a rapid, scientific and accurate manner. At the same time, their scientific and intelligent employee and manager self-service functions will make a notable achievement in the improvement of traditional human resource process management; besides, they will offer assistances to the building of a highly effective human resource management team.
