E-management of performance of Vanguard Technology highlights the HR Forum

More than 140 top management and HR managers from the famous enterprises in South China attended the forum. It is no doubt that the forum provides the attendees and the HR experts who have rich experience in HR management with a good platform for closely communication with each other.
¡¡At the forum, many experts shared their ideas on the ¡°excellent performance management¡± from different angles. Zhou Liangwen, director of Consulting Department of Hay Group, delivered a speech entitled ¡°Strategic performance management¡±. His ebullient speech gave a clear explanation on how to build up a scientific performance evaluation system. His professional knowledge and edificatory speech allow the attendees to think profoundly on the strategic performance management.
¡¡¡¡On base of that, Han Fengjun, senior e-HR technical adviser of Vanguard Technology, also delivered a speech entitled ¡°How to use the IT tools to improve the efficiency of performance evaluation¡±. By summarizing his many years¡¯ experience in HR management and his profound comprehension to the needs of the customers, Mr. Han gave a simply explanation to the design of Vanguard¡¯s HR system, the structure of the performance management, e-development of the performance evaluation and performance management. Besides, he also displayed the performance management system product e-HRsoft2000 of Vanguard on the site of the forum. The product was highly appraised by the attendees and HR managers. Then, Hu Nianhua, senior HR manager of Yulong Computer Telecommunication Scientific (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd, gave his speech, which made the forum more perfect. He gave a deep analysis on the successful cases of performance management and shared his ideas with all the attendees. It is believed that many attendees will benefit from the forum. Besides, these three guests mentioned above also interacted and discussed with all the HR experts that attended the forum on the improvement of the performance management, e-development of HR management and other problems. The last program of the forum was luck draw, and many attendees got the gifts sponsored by JOBEMS.
