Vanguard Technology

using information systems. In August 1998, Vanguard Technology's
first generation HRMS, HRsoft V1.0 was successfully deployed
at Coca-Cola's branch in TianJin, China. This is a client/server
based system that can be used by all the staff at the
HR department of a whole company. It uses the big database
from Microsoft or Oracle. Compared with previous products
on the market, it made a fundamental change and achieved
a remarkable success in performance,data sharing and functionalities.
In 2002, Vanguard Technology developed the first B/S HRMS in China,
which enables the access by everyone to HRMS through a
browser.
